MANDATORY CAST MEETING & SCRIPT READ THROUGH - Thursday, June 13th at the THS Auditorium 6-9 PM

 

Rehearsals are weeknights 6PM - 10PM beginning June 17th at THE THS AUDITORIUM,
72 Strobel Rd. in Trumbull. Some Saturdays & Sundays rehearsals will be required.
A weekly schedule will be sent out to the cast and crew. There may be some times you will be dismissed early or will not be needed at rehearsal.

CAST PARTICIPATION FEES:

     

Trumbull residents 

$250 + $100 minimum in advertising sales or donations

 

Non-Trumbull residents  

$300 + $100 minimum in advertising sales or donations

 

Siblings: 20% discount:  Resident Sibling fee- $200  /  Non-resident sibling fee - $250

 

CREW PARTICIPATION FEE:  $50  

 

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT:

Please bring permission form, payment form, and strike deposit to the cast meeting on June 13th or the first rehearsal on June 17th . Participation fees, strike deposit, advertising and donations must be made separately. Please do not combine payments.

 

STRIKE DEPOSIT CHECK – Separate check  

Please bring $25 in cash or check in an envelope with your name on it to the first rehearsal.  Checks should be made out to “Trumbull Youth” This fee will be held and returned to you when you attend “strike.”  Strike day is mandatory! All hands on deck! 

 

ADVERTISING SALES & DONATIONS

Advertising sales and donations are mandatory - $100 in ads and/or donations for cast members (Siblings $50ea.) Forms will be available at rehearsals and on the TYA website. If you are not able to sell ads or collect donations, you must make a personal $100 donation to TYA.  Donations are Tax deductible.  Advertising fees and donations will be collected at rehearsals and are due by July 8th. Checks should be made out to “Trumbull Youth”.

 

CAST ATTENDANCE:

Rehearsal time is very short and attendance is very important. ALL CONFLICT DATES must be listed on your audition and registration forms. Absences should be limited to 2 missed rehearsals.  Any additional absences should be approved by the director and producers. Please contact us to discuss your conflict issues and we will try to work something out so that you can participate. 

  

CAST BIOS: Please submit a bio not more than 120 words MAXIMUM. Less is more! Due by JULY 3rd if you want it to appear in the program booklet.

 

COMMUNICATION:  The stage manager, Pippa Walton, will contact the cast via email.  

It is important to check your email frequently.

  • All Cast and Crew will need to fill out the TYA contact google form – a link will be emailed to you after auditions are completed.
