Trumbull Parks and Recreation is bringing community theatre to Trumbull!

Trumbull Community Theatre (TCT) will provide the opportunity for Trumbull residents of all ages to be part of a community theatre production and will provide a high quality, affordable theater experience for local audiences to enjoy. Trumbull Community Theatre is made possible by the American Rescue Plan Act ( ARPA)

 

Dust off your top hats, tighten your corset laces, and warm up those vocal cords. It's time to step back in time and join us for a magical journey to the snowy streets of Victorian London as we present "A Christmas Carol, the Musical!" This timeless tale, transformed into a heartwarming musical extravaganza, promises to be a festive treat like no other.

 

We are calling all aspiring Trumbull actors, singers, and dancers – regardless of age or experience! From the adorable Tiny Tim to the grumpy yet lovable Scrooge, there are roles aplenty for everyone to be a part of this seasonal spectacular. Whether you have a passion for performing or simply want to make some wonderful holiday memories, this is your chance to shine under the spotlight!

 

With rich harmonies and lively choreography, all set against the backdrop of beautifully crafted sets, every note of our merry musical will be brought to life by a full live orchestra, filling the theater with a festive symphony that will surely ignite the holiday spirit in everyone.

 

"A Christmas Carol, the Musical" is more than just a show; it's an experience that unites people of all ages and backgrounds. It's a wonderful message of hope and redemption that resonates deeply with audiences all over the world.

 

TCT will also offer opportunities to people who would like to help with other aspects of creating this theatre production, such as set building, scenic painting, props, etc. We are also seeking local business and to get involved with donations or sponsorships

 

A Christmas Carol will be performed at the Trumbull High School Auditorium on

December 1st 7:30

December 2nd at 2PM and 7:30PM

December 3rd at 6PM

 

Auditions for A Christmas Carol, The Musical,  are open to Trumbull Residents, children and adults ages 6 years to 100!

Auditions will be held at THE BARN at Indian Ledge Park in Trumbull.

Adults and Children middle school and up 

September 17th from 5:00PM - 9:00PM

September 19th from 5:30PM - 9:30PM

Children 6 years old - 5th grade 

September 23rd 12:00-2:00PM
