The Trumbull Youth Association (TYA) summer musical theatre program has been a wonderful part of the Trumbull community since 1969. It was started as a way to give teens and young adults the opportunity to experience the world of theatre while working alongside industry professionals to create
a professional level production for all to enjoy!
TYA is over 100 teens, young adults, staff and volunteers working together to create the “magic” of theatre in five short weeks. These incredible community members spend countless hours rehearsing, building sets and props, and so much more. Most importantly, TYA is about learning: life skills,
leadership, teamwork, and creative self-expression, all while making lifelong friends along the way.
By supporting TYA, you help to ensure that this beloved summer theatre program can continue to thrive. Your gift will help offset various production costs including: set design, lighting, sound, costumes, props, building supplies and a live orchestra.
